There will be no 5:15 P.M. Mass on Thanksgiving Day, November 23rd. Mass that day will be held at 8:00 A.M in Naples.

PRAY FOR THE SOUL OF MRS. JEANNE MARIE GIBBENS

Mrs. Jeanne Marie Gibbens, wife of Mr. Treacy Gibbens, passed away this past week while visiting family in North Dakota. The Gibbens were instrumental in bringing our Fraternity to Naples. Requiescat in pace.

HOW TO REQUEST MASS INTENTIONS

Requests for Mass intentions are now kindly being handled by Maggie in the office at St. Agnes Catholic Church. Mail your intention, any specific date request, and a stipend check for $10 (made out to “Corpus Christi Chapel”) to St. Agnes Catholic Church, attention Corpus Christi Chapel.

KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS GROUP FORMATION

We are exploring the formation of our own KofC organization. To determine feasability and form, we need to know how many men (aged 18 years and up) are interested. Any Knight or man interested please contact Dave Grothaus at (703)772-3657 or [email protected].

ALCOLYTE TRAINING AT ROYAL PALM ACADEMY

Alcolyte training will be held on Saturday, November 25th from 10 A.M. to 12 P.M. Please confirm your attendance beforehand by emailing us at [email protected].

INDULT FOR FRIDAY AFTER THANKSGIVING

Abstinence is not required on the Friday following Thanksgiving (November 24th), according to the dispensation granted to Americans by Venerable Pope Pius XII. Current law also allow one to eat meat on Fridays with substitution of an act of penance.

HOW TO GIVE: OFFERTORY, MASS STIPENDS, ETC.

Whether placed in the Naples offertory, or mailed to us (7775 Vanderbilt Beach Rd.), all checks should be made out to “Corpus Christi Chapel”. This includes all Mass stipends, and bulletin advertisement fees, etc. Convenient online donations will soon be available.
