Raising Up The Body of Christ
A New Home For the Old Mass in Southwest Florida
A Worthy Dwelling Place
We are pleased to announce that by the intercession of Glorious St. Joseph to whom we continue to trust for our future parish home, God has provided us a new property of 5 acres with a 423-seat building already in place! This new home for our community will be a magnificent space dedicated to the celebration of the Traditional Latin Mass and other sacraments.
Join us as we build a worthy dwelling place for Our Lord, “whose delights are to be with the children of men”, that the Word may become Flesh and dwell among us in the most Blessed Sacrament of the altar; where the sacrifice of His Body and Blood can be perpetuated on our altars for His greater honor and glory, for the salvation of souls; where we have enough space to accommodate the full potential of this great traditional community, with a full parish life instructing us in the faith of our fathers, and providing a true spiritual home where the mystical body of Christ can flourish in charity and service to one another; that Christ may be all in all!
Permission has been granted by the diocese and our building fund has been established. It is not taxed in any way but grows with a 3.25% interest rate and will be used exclusively for the purpose of our future parish home.
Phase 1: A Home to Prepare
The property, which is currently a Protestant church, will require renovations to transform it into a suitable dwelling place for Our Lord and the home of our Corpus Christi Chapel community in our area. We invite you to take a look at the photos and video of our new property, and to join the special Building Project Email List for upcoming renovation plans and more. Your support in funding these renovations will be vital. Your continued prayers, especially to St. Joseph, and financial contributions will help us create a beautiful and worthy dwelling place for Our Lord, where the sacrifice of His Body and Blood can be perpetuated on our altars for His greater honor and glory, and for the salvation of souls.
A Central Location
Our new property is located right off of I-75 at 5975 Golden Gate Parkway, in Naples. It is well within the 15-minute radius of Immokalee Road and I-75 intersection which was identified as a central location for our community.
At this time, we do not expect the schedule of masses in Ft. Myers to be altered when we are able to move into our new home.

Prayer to St. Joseph for our Future Parish Home
O glorious St. Joseph, faithful follower of Jesus Christ, to you we raise our hearts and hands to implore your powerful intercession in obtaining from the benign heart of Jesus all the helps and graces necessary for our spiritual and temporal welfare, particularly for the grace of a happy death and the special favor we now request. (mention your request)
O guardian of the Word Incarnate, we feel animated with confidence that your prayers in our behalf will be graciously heard before the throne of God.
O glorious St. Joseph, through the love you bear to Jesus Christ and for the glory of His name, hear our prayers and obtain our petitions.
Amen.

Home to the Latin Mass for Over 400 Years
The first mass in what would become the United States was offered in Florida over 400 years ago. Today, we offer the same Mass.
His Excellency, Bishop Frank Dewane, Bishop of the Diocese of Venice, Florida. Invited the Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter into the diocese of Venice in 2008, where within a few years we purchased and established ourselves in our parish church of Christ the King in Sarasota, from which we have traveled to visit the southwest portion of the diocese to offer Sunday Mass in Fort Myers and Naples.
In 2017, seeing the continued growth and great potential in the south-west mission, His Excellency invited the FSSP to establish themselves full time in the area and to begin searching for their own future parish home and erected the community as Corpus Christi Chapel. Since then Corpus Christi has averaged a new household registration every week, with many young large families and dynamic community life full of classes, groups for all ages, socials, camps and more.
