Annual Summer Chant Camp Registration is Closed

The registration for the Summer Camp is now closed as all 75 seats have been filled.

Parents who have registered their kids need to submit new Diocesan forms this year, even if they filled them out in the past. The forms should be completed and emailed to [email protected] by May 27th, 2024. 

Required for Participation:

• Consent, Release of Liability Form
• Medical Authorization for Minor
• Authorization for Release and Use of Image

Required for Non-Parent Pickup:

• Consent to Release Minor to Third Party

 Attendance at the summer camp is contingent upon the submission of documents. Failure to send the required documents will result in a denial of check-in at the camp on June 3rd.
