Join us for the annual Florida March for Life and pilgrimage to St. Augustine, where the first Mass was offered on US soil, in the footsteps of the holy Florida martyrs.
Please see the attached flyers for the itinerary and details as how to sign up and reserve a spot. FSSP parishioners will go from both Corpus Christi, Christ the King, Sarasota and Our Lady Queen of Peace in Ocala.
We remind CCC members that facemasks are required throughout the diocese while at mass. We are guests at local diocesan parishes who graciously host and help us and we ask that all be resepctful of this diocesan policy and observe this regulation. Thank you much for your cooperation. If it is felt as a sacrifice, please know that it is only temporary and it unites you more intimately to the sacrifice of Christ, who made many unspeakable sacrifices to be united to you, and which same sacrifice is made present at every mass.
With the power of the keys to loose the kingdom of heaven upon earth, Holy Mother Church grants a plenary indulgence, that is the complete remission of all temporal punishment due to sin, all this week (Nov. 1-8), by the particular work of visiting a cemetery and praying for the faithful departed. This particular plenary indulgence is only applicable to the poor souls (not to one self).
This year, 2020, due to restrictions in churches throughout the world, the Sacred Penitentiary of the Vatican has decreed that the 8 indulgences can be gained throughout the whole month of November. Only 8 in total may be gained, but the 8 opportunities are now extended through all of November and not limited to just the Nov 1-8 period. Read more here.
One may also gain a plenary indulgence on Nov 2, by visiting a Church and reciting an Our Father and Creed.
All are invited to visit Palm Royale Cemetery on Vanderbilt Beach Rd. before or after our daily evening Masses throughout the month. Read more about this special opportunity and the accompanying conditions. Besides the Rosary, Chaplet, etc. other indulgenced prayers for the fatihful departed may be found in the Church's Raccolta (c.f. pg. 160 et seq)
The following are the total amounts donated in the third quarter of 2020 to support our chapel today, and build our permanent home for tomorrow.

|St. Williams Collection||$201||$2,118||$2,319|
Average Sunday & Holy Day Mass attendance for the third quarter is up to 415, including:
St. Agnes & St. William- Naples: 257

23 new household registrations: Nearly 2 new households every week through this quarter! (July-10, Aug.-6, Sept.-7)
On Nov. 2, the Church permits each priest to say 3 masses for all the faithful departed. We will thus have three consecutive masses in the morning (7:00am, 7:40am, 8:20am) and likewise three consecutive masses in the evening at 4:00pm, 4:40pm, 5:15pm). The 5:15pm mass will be a sung mass.
Though the traditional discipline permits the reception of Holy Communion once a day, under the current Code of Canon Law one is permitted to receive twice if one assists at the entire mass each time.
This Sunday November 1, the Sung Mass will be clebrated at St. William's at 4:30pm. The 8:45am Mass at St. Agnes will be a Low Mass
On Tuesday, November 3rd, at the request of the faithful on the important day of the presidential and general elections, we will extend adoration from 6pm to 8pm, when the polls close, imparting Benediction at 8pm instead of at 4pm. Please stay and pray for our country and please note that one can vote at St. Agnes Parish Offices on Nov 3rd until 8pm as well.
