Chair of St. Peter- Plenary Indulgence

A plenary indulgence, under the normal conditions, is granted to all members of the Confraternity of St. Peter on the feast of the Chair of St. Peter – February 22nd. The Confraternity of St. Peter is a sodality of members who wish to unite themselves to the Priestly Fraternity of St. Peter and aid in the work of our Fraternity, primarily by their prayers. Ice Skating Outing- March 17th, Feast of St. Patrick

  Corpus Christi youth and families are invited to celebrate the feast of St. Patrick with an ice skating outing at Hertz Arena, 11000 Everblades Parkway, Estero, on Tuesday, March 17th at 3:00- 4:15PM.  We'll meet beforehand for a picnic lunch from 1:00 to 2:30 at Estero Park, 9200 Corkscrew Palms Blvd, Estero. Please bring your own lunch. A discounted rate of $7/person has been secured based on the number attending. Payment can be made to Linette Rubino after Mass at St. Agnes, to Maribel Herrera after mass at Resurrection in Fort Myers or to Maureen Leung in Ave Maria, 5204 Assisi Ave. Checks can be made payable to Corpus Christi Chapel, earmarked for "Ice Skating," or if payment is submitted online, please notify the coordinators after payment is completed.
Deadline for payment is Sunday, March 1st.

Preparatory classes will be given for all confirmandi at Royal Palm Academy at 9 AM February 22 & 29; March 14 & 28; April 25;

Young Adult's Group meets this Wednesday

    The Young Adult's Group will resume this Wednesday from 7pm-9pm. Fr. Romanoski will give a talk on Sacred Scripture and the heresy of Modernism. In addition to learning more about your faith it is an opportunity to socialize, relax and grow in holy friendship with members of our Corpus Christi Chapel. Will take place at normal time and place. Join the respective email list to receive more details, and feel free to invite a friend and bring a drink or snack to share.

St. Blaise blessing of throats

This Monday, after the 5:15pm Mass, the blessing of throats, through the intercession of St. Blaise, against illness of the throat and other physical maladies, will be imparted.

Blessing of Candles and Procession, Sunday February 2nd- 8:30am

On Sunday, February 2nd, we celebrate the feast of Candlemas, when our Lord, the "light for the revelation of the gentiles" was presented in the temple. We will bless any candles you have (of predominantly beezwax) at 8:30am, before Mass and continue in procession around the chapel, before Mass begins at the normal time of 8:45am. Although we cannot carry lit candles in the church, feel free to bring the candles you would like blessed to take home with you afterwards.

Group talks for February- Sacred Scriptures and the heresy of Modernism

Our group talks resume this month of February, at their normal venues and times with a talk on the theme of the Sacred Scriptures and the heresy of Modernism.

New Seasonal Saturday Mass Time

Our Saturday morning Mass at St. Agnes Chapel will take place at 7:30am, starting January 25th until after Easter.
